Medicines & Prescriptions

Yes, a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner is required for all Schedule H and X drugs. OTC (over-the-counter) products do not require a prescription.

We procure medicines only from licensed, certified manufacturers and authorized distributors. Our cold chain and storage processes ensure medicine efficacy and safety.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product.
  • The product was damaged or expired at the time of delivery.
  • You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Return conditions:

  • Products must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Must include the original invoice.

Cold chain products (e.g., insulin, vaccines) and partially used strips cannot be returned.

Refunds for valid returns are processed:

  • Customer will get Credit note for return products and they can buy any products within the time period mentioned in credit note
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the return is verified.
